Job Description

The Title Procurement Supervisor is responsible for working with managers to understand companywide goals and help their departments contribute positively to the company’s vision. This involves developing strategies to improve productivity, performance, and profitability, and guiding team members to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assign daily tasks and create work schedules for team members
  • Provide performance feedback through quality assurance monitoring and monthly coaching or as needed
  • Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and take disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Assist management in ensuring the timely and efficient flow of documents in compliance with applicable codes
  • Help resolve documentation issues for customers and regulatory personnel
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Design more efficient work processes
  • Foster teamwork to meet customer needs
  • Address employee issues at the team level
  • Coordinate and oversee general office activities
  • Supervise office services such as mail, messaging, duplicating, filing, word processing, fax, telephone, supplies, order processing, and security
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in document processing with increasing supervisory responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in insurance total loss is a plus
  • Call center experience is advantageous
  • Experience with Five9 Phone system is desired
  • Knowledge of auto titling and industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing salvage titling and vehicles
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to work independently
