Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Procurement Supervisor in Arizona to oversee the company’s purchasing programs, manage suppliers, and secure maximum value through contracts.

You will work with the Director of Facilities/Procurement to ensure compliant, cost-efficient purchasing and receiving processes that support our behavioral health services. The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in purchasing, and 3+ years of management, with a preference for medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in a management role with staff
• 3–5 years’ purchasing and/or procurement experience required
• 2+ years’ experience in medical industry preferred
• 3+ years’ management experience required
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean 39‑month MVR

Job Summary

The Procurement Supervisor directly to the Director of Facilities/Procurement and manages the company’s supply of products and services. The position also ensures that the items and services to implement and maintain our contracts are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking and achieving maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements. This position must possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, professional and able to work effectively with technology. The Procurement Supervisor will ensure purchasing programs and processes adhere to legal, compliance and audit requirements as well as utilizing internal controls to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions relating to purchasing and receiving.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field or equivalent required.
• In lieu of an undergraduate degree 6+ years in a Management position, directly managing staff would be considered.
• 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing and/or procurement experience required.
• 2+ years’ experience in medical industry preferred
• 3+ years’ management experience required.
• Purchasing Certificate preferred
• Valid State of Arizona Driver’s license (valid and in good standing)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
