Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its interdisciplinary treatment team across Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs.

You will coordinate with RN Supervisors, BHCs, PCTs, and BHMPs to maintain a safe environment and high-quality care for all patients in assigned programs, guiding intake/discharge workflows. The role emphasizes leadership, staff coordination, and throughput optimization, with a pathway for professional growth within a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in Business or Health Care preferred.
• 1+ year of full-time health care related work experience in behavioral/medical crisis settings.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with nursing and behavioral health staff to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Oversee intake and discharge processes with Patient Care Technicians and Peer Support Specialists.
• Support through patient throughput and ensure adherence to program policies.

Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient and/or Transition Point programs. The Operations Supervisor coordinates with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to all presenting for services at their assigned program. The Operations Supervisor provides oversight and guidance to the Patient Care Technician(s) assigned to complete the intake and discharge process, Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to assist in effective patient throughput.

Skills/Requirements

• Highschool Diploma required.


• Associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred.


• 1 or more years of full‑time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations required.


• 1 or more years leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred
