What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee $150-200M in annual direct spend and manage four direct reports
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs and provide data analytics
3. Develop procurement strategies and monitor market trends for cost savings and process improvements
4. Lead bid package preparation, analyze bids, and negotiate pricing with suppliers
5. Resolve supplier-related issues and oversee supplier agreements and replenishment processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
2. Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel
