Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Procurement And Submittals Manager to drive RFQ processes for capital equipment and manage PO changes.

You will coordinate with engineers, vendors, and construction managers while guiding supplier qualification and onboarding in a fast-paced data center environment. The role requires deep procurement expertise, 5+ years in sourcing, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global supply chains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management or operations experience.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, and financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience in global supply chain management, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFQ according to forecasted demand.
• Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order change management process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management.
• Develop KPIs and track progress against goals.
• Manage supplier qualification and onboarding processes.
• Travel approximately 5% of the time.
