• Audit the professional service library for accuracy and compliance; suggest process improvements.
• Conduct procurement research and analyze findings to support sourcing strategies and policy development.
• Analyze historical billing data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Audit contracts for compliance; assess terms and performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare public notices for procurement opportunities; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in development of assumption agreements with legal and program staff.
• Perform price and specification comparisons to support buy decisions.
• Maintain contract files and respond to routine inquiries; prepare summaries.
