Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a dynamic undergraduate to join our procurement team for Summer 2027 in the United States. The role focuses on supplier market analysis, data organization, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic sourcing decisions.

You will work with SAP/Ariba, track KPIs, and assist with documentation and process improvements while gaining exposure to real-world procurement operations within a global water treatment leader.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management, or Operations Management
• Demonstrated interest in procurement, logistics, or operations management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good technical writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team and department projects
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research & Market Analysis Support: conduct market research on suppliers and compile capability data to support sourcing decisions
• Proposal Documentation & Organization: organize and maintain proposal documentation for projects
• Cost Data Collection & Benchmarking: gather cost data and benchmarks to support TCO analyses
• Supplier and Operational Performance Tracking & KPI Monitoring: collect performance data and prepare summary reports
• Data Entry & System Management (SAP/Ariba): support data entry and reporting in procurement systems
