Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Summer 2027 Procurement/Operations Intern to support strategic sourcing, supplier data analysis, and documentation within the Water Technology division in the United States. You will help organize supplier proposals, cost models, and evaluation materials while tracking KPI performance alongside project teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields and can commit full-time for the summer.

Qualifications

Interest in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good technical writing skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Full-time availability for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Support supplier market research and data collection for strategic sourcing decisions.
Organize and track supplier proposals, cost models, and evaluation materials.
Monitor supplier performance with KPIs (schedule, quality, safety, cost).
Collaborate with project teams to track delivery timelines and flag risks.
Develop and refine SOPs to improve team efficiency.
Attend cross-functional meetings and summarize action items.
