Job summary

The candidate will monitor supplier performance, obtain quotes, maintain open orders, and resolve issues related to receiving, invoices, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, components, supplies and services as needed.
• Issue POs and manage price, quantity, specs, delivery date and terms.
• Review MRP messages and execute timely.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Obtain supplier quotes and monitor open orders and deliveries.
• Resolve discrepancies, missing documents, and quality concerns.
