Littelfuse Procurement is seeking a Buyer to support supplier performance, maintain SAP data, and back cost-improvement initiatives. You will engage with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability, manage pricing and quotations, and support engineering changes.

The role requires a business/engineering background, 2+ years in purchasing or sourcing, and strong analytical skills. English proficiency and ERP/MRP experience are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; SAP is highly desirable.

Mansioni

Monitor supplier delivery performance (OTD) and follow up on late shipments to ensure material availability.
Create and maintain supplier master records, pricing conditions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy.
Analyze and resolve blocked invoices due to pricing discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
Request, collect, and analyze supplier quotations for new/existing parts and support sourcing decisions.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support engineering changes and plant requirements.
Track supplier quality incidents and corrective actions with Quality and Engineering teams.
