You will partner with internal stakeholders, source products, and manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition through order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 0-1 year directly related purchasing experience required.
• 2-3 years customer service support-related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the procurement process from requisition through order fulfillment.
• Source products through existing suppliers and Mass General Brigham catalog.
• Oversee purchase orders from creation through completion with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review requests to confirm alignment with policies and budgets.
• Identify qualified suppliers and support onboarding in the Supplier File.
• Negotiate pricing and favorable terms to maximize value.
• Communicate order status and availability to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify savings opportunities.
