Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Procurement Specialist at White Sands Missile Range, NM to support TOS II through end-to-end purchasing and supplier coordination for the National Radar Test Facility (NRTF).

You will independently prepare, review, and submit high-volume purchase orders for materials and services, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and resolving vendor discrepancies to prevent delays. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, project management, or accounting from a four-year accredited university
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree, Military Service or associate’s degree with 2 years of procurement experience
• Current US Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and access to the local WSRM network
• Preferred: PMP certification and security clearance

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement timelines from initial request through final delivery.
• Order Execution: Generate, review, and submit accurate purchase orders for operational materials.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Ensure all purchasing activities align with internal fiscal policies.
• Maintain detailed digital logs of requisitions, invoices, and receipts.
• Review material requisitions including technical specifications with respect to quality requirements.
