Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist to join the NRTF team at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The role will execute end-to-end purchasing operations, prepare and submit high-volume purchase orders for materials, equipment, and contracted services to sustain continuous operations.

Reporting to the NRTF Office Manager, you will monitor timelines, coordinate with suppliers, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain meticulous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, project management, or accounting from a four-year accredited university.
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree, Military Service or associate’s degree with 2 years of procurement experience.
• Current US Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and access to the local WSRM network.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in acquisitions, supply chain or a procurement related function; PMP certification; security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement timelines from initial request through final delivery.
• Generate, review, and submit accurate purchase orders for operational materials. Vendor management and coordination.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Ensure all purchasing activities align with internal fiscal policies.
• Maintain detailed digital logs of requisitions, invoices, and receipts.
• Review material requisitions including technical specifications with Acquisitions and Engineering.
• Manage and perform material receipt inspections and disposition of nonconforming material.
• Develop metrics for key processes to improve performance.
• Implement and maintain Technical Receiving Inspection Reporting processes.
