Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive hardware procurement, IT asset management, and regional logistics across multiple regions. You will optimize purchasing processes, maintain accurate hardware records, and ensure timely delivery of equipment for employees and service centers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 1C, Jira, and Confluence, plus strong inventory and documentation skills to support ongoing growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in hardware procurement, IT asset management, logistics, inventory, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with 1C.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse accounting.
• Experience organizing hardware logistics across regions.

Responsibilities

• Research, compare, and select suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
• Manage procurement and logistics of IT hardware across regions.

Overview:SOFTSWISS is hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and optimise procurement processes. In this role, you'll help ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality goods and services to support the company's operational needs and continued growth.Purpose of the role:You will be responsible for managing procurement activities that ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your work will help optimise purchasing processes, maintain reliable supplier partnerships, and ensure the company has the resources it needs to operate efficiently and support its continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research, compare, and select suppliers to secure the best prices, discounts, and purchasing terms.
• Manage procurement and logistics of IT hardware across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, South America, and others.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of equipment for employees, including shipment, pickup, replacement, and return logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in 1C.
• Coordinate the transfer of equipment to service centers for repair and provide the necessary information to responsible colleagues.
• Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment assigned to employees.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for warehouse stock and equipment currently in employees' possession.
• Standardize and improve the hardware section in 1C, including: maintaining a unified hardware database; introducing a common format for technical specifications; recording warranty periods; classifying hardware by legal entity, category, technical specifications, condition, and intended use.
• Collaborate with colleagues involved in hardware selection, purchasing, and related operational processes.
• Monitor hardware availability across all categories and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle procurement-related documentation, including invoices and other purchasing documents.

Required Experience

• 2-3+ years of experience in hardware procurement, IT asset management, logistics, inventory, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with 1C.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse accounting.
• Experience organizing hardware logistics across different regions.
• Good understanding of procurement documentation, including invoices.
• English language proficiency: B1 and above.
• Russian language proficiency: B2 and above.

• Understanding of warranty handling and repair workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
