Job summary

Seal Dynamics in Tampa, FL is seeking a Buyer to support the Supply Chain in day-to-day purchasing, material coordination, supplier follow-up, expediting, and ERP activities. You'll collaborate with procurement managers, planning, operations, engineering, and quality to ensure materials meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

This developmental role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is an in-person position at our Tampa location; prior purchasing or supply chain exposure is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain fields.
• Experience in purchasing, material planning, or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace/manufacturing environment is a plus.
• APICS/ISM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials and services per procedures.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delivery dates.
• Expedite materials to support production and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and supplier communications.
• Support cross-functional teams with procurement data and analysis.
