Aufgaben

• Purchasing materials and equipment from suppliers including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
• Managing supplier relationships and KPIs reported to senior Supply Chain leadership.
• Providing inputs to monthly scorecards and presenting procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
• Planning material requirements, managing inventory levels, managing schedules in our ERP system, and communicating requirements to suppliers.
• Identifying supply chain material risks and monitoring material flow.
• Collaborating with Planning to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies to end users.
• Developing mechanisms to monitor/open purchase orders, expedites, and delivery requirements.
• Assisting Global Commodity Management with supplier relationships, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and new products/programs.
• Resolving PO receiving errors and assisting with invoice reconciliation.
• Managing supplier returns including non-conformance reports, RMAs, and MRB material.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading cross-functional improvements.
