Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support our procurement program teams, delivering visibility into services spend and value to clients. The role focuses on transaction and sourcing processes, with emphasis on engagement management and client communication.

Responsibilities include SOW coordination, supplier data gathering, RFIs, and ensuring projects close in the system. You will interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet SLAs and drive program

Responsibilities

• Operational support of procurement processes and delivering visibility into services spend.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist clients with establishing or extending Statements of Work (SOW) and resource assignments.
• Confer with suppliers for price, delivery schedules and key project terms.
• Manage client support activities including timekeeping and milestone tracking via VMS or other tech.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the client and with AGS.
• Manage client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication.
• Identify risk situations and coordinate with management.
• Assist in collecting data related to supplier performance.
• Structure and distribute RFIs to gather supplier qualification data and information.
• Process focus to ensure client expectations and SLAs are exceeded.
• Field questions from clients and handle or escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports including program audit reports, SOW/project activity reports, invoice reports.
• Constant and professional interaction via email and phone with client, suppliers, and other partners.
• Engage internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and desired outcomes for technology enhancements.
• Ensure all projects are closed in the system when notified of end of engagement; notify security department of end of assignments if applicable.
