Responsibilities

• Purchases are made in a reasonable time frame for efficient Center operation.
• Review each purchase document.
• Procurement aligns with FAR, DOL Acquisition Standards, OMB Circulars, and Executive Orders.
• Maintain rules and regulations library for subcontracting, property compliance, and equipment purchasing.
• Create and maintain vendor database using online sources.
