Job summary

The role includes creating purchase orders using PBO, PB3, and PB4, processing UT Market orders via FRMS, coordinating with vendors and driving tests, and ensuring compliance with university policies. It requires strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED and at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent customer service ability.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment and independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with MS 365 and other university financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement duties for the department and create purchase orders using PBO, PB3 and PB4.
• Process UT Market orders through FRMS and assist lab personnel.
• Act as vendor liaison and manage procurement card usage and compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle driving tests and assist with departmental accounting tasks.
• Ensure all processes are documented per federal and state policies.
