You will collaborate with Project Management and Field personnel, process RFIs/RFPs/RFQs when relevant, and ensure accurate purchase orders and supplier coordination. This role requires an Associate's degree in supply chain, 2–5 years purchasing experience in electrical or related field, and occasional travel; you will use ERP systems and drive cost-effective procurement while delivering excellent

Responsibilities

• Manage conflict and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve material/supplier issues that could disrupt projects.
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Apply purchasing/trade material knowledge to each transaction.
• Prepare purchase orders using established procedures and ERP systems.
• Negotiate quotes for materials and equipment and translate outcomes into supplier agreements.
