As we seek to continue our pursuit of easy to use, fun, safe, and reliable THC beverages we are adding to our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self start to join our back office as a Procurement and Logistics Specialist. This role will be vital to keeping the bus running, overseeing procurement, co-manufacturing scheduling, and outbound/inbound freight across the country engaging with a host of both internal and external parties.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team.

This role is vital to ensuring seamless support, inventory management, and vendor coordination within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ingredient and packaging procurement for operations.

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels via production planning.

- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on new product introductions, product promotions, and other items as necessary.

- Communicate with vendors and execute raw material orders and POs

- Track expiration dates and FIFO inventory practices, work with warehouse to ensure proper record keeping and practices.

- Manage warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory management, outbound and inbound freight, and scheduling thereof.

- Support scheduling and coordination with vendors and co-manufacturer

- Foster and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Gmail, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Experience with WMS and accounting systems (InfoPlus and QuickBooks Online preferred).

• Ability to be a self-starter, ranking and prioritizing tasks as necessary.

• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and urgency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
