Job summary

Ranger Design, a Clarience Technologies company, in Webster, NY, seeks a Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist to manage input materials for upfit solutions and optimize supplier performance.

You will coordinate with internal teams, issue quotes, monitor shortages, and support profitability through TCO-focused actions while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic insight.
• Outstanding communication skills and business acumen.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, planning, quoting, scheduling and ordering input material.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and monitoring performance.
• Communicate project timelines and ensure commitments are met.
• Issue fast accurate quotes to internal teams.
• Monitor shortages daily and develop remediation plans.
• Be the central point of contact for suppliers.
• Contribute to profitability through actions impacting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Support internal customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing, planning, quoting, scheduling and ordering input material
• Maintaining supplier relationships
• Communicate with the respective teams on project time lines, deadlines and ensure all commitments are respected
• Issue fast accurate quotes to the respective teams
• Monitor shortages daily and create a plan to eliminate them
• Be the centralpoint of contactforsupplier
• Contribute to the company's profitability through daily actions and projects that have a lasting impact on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Supporting internal customers
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem solving, creativity and strategic skills
• Knowledge of an ERP (Epicor, would be an asset)
• Outstanding communication skills and business acumen
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
