Job summary

AG SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Construction Quoting Specialist to prepare accurate project quotes and track bids. This role collaborates with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing information, analyze specifications, and develop competitive proposals.

You will review blueprints, generate material, labor, and equipment estimates, manage pricing databases, and help with budget forecasting while maintaining quality standards and meeting bid deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, quoting, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ documentation review.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
