Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), CSCP, or CIPS certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or related roles with supplier management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers and evaluate suppliers, conduct risk analysis, ensure quality and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms, discounts, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage purchase orders and track deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Prepare spend analyses, supplier performance, and total cost of ownership calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and sustainability standards in procurement activities.
