Job summary

Senox Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source goods and services, issue purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-conscious purchasing practices that support our goals.

You will monitor inventory levels, reconcile quantities, analyze data for savings, and maintain records, while ensuring compliance with our policies and regulations. This in-person role supports operations from Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft-based computer skills.
• Touch type and 10 key with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• May be assigned additional duties depending on experience.
• High school or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and track order fulfillment.
• Reconcile received to invoiced quantities.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.

Position Summary

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, issuing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices that support organizational goals. The Procurement Specialist provides internal and external customers with high quality support and timely service.
