Responsibilities

• Monitors performance of suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and meeting schedules.
• Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects or recommends suppliers, and maintains necessary records.
• May prepare requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
