Qualifications

• Specialized experience in handling contract-related services and procurement.
• Experience with pre- and post-award contract activities and sole source justifications.
• Knowledge of federal contracting laws, regulations, and contract types.

Responsibilities

• Serve as COR or Alternate COR for facility contracts.
• Work with engineering staff, contracting officers, vendors to ensure contract terms.
• Procure maintenance parts, general supplies, and checkpoint devices.
• Develop sole source justifications and monitor contract performance.
• Assist with procurement documents and reports on contracting issues.
