• Lead three or more Purchasing Agents at GS-6 or below.
• Serve as first respondent for procurement concerns and resolve issues independently.
• Distribute workload and ensure timely completion of assignments while ensuring compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training to new Purchasing Agents and identify training needs.
• Purchase, review, and procure items under micro-purchase thresholds for VA HCS and catchment area.
