Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a procurement professional to manage the purchase of cafe consumables and related inventory. You will partner with cafe management to ensure cost control, timely deliveries, and quality standards across the network.

The role requires at least 5 years of procurement experience, strong CBORD knowledge, and proficient MS Office skills. English fluency is required; multi-language abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consumable product procurement experience.
• Working knowledge of CBORD inventory system.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of consumable products for cafes with accurate ordering and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cafe management to minimize financial risk to the business.
• Execution of timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and quality procurement standards.
• Ordering of consumable and non-consumable products.
• Management of CBORD inventory system.
• Ensure COS alignment with company goals.
• Partner with corporate R&D to ensure contract adherence and cafe needs.
