Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of business, procurement and/or contract management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assists TDEC divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information.
• Possesses and demonstrates knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including RFP, RFQ, and RFI.
• Regularly represents TDEC and the Grants and Contracts division with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine the proper methods of procurement and strategy execution.
