Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) seeks a Sr. Procurement Project Manager to support Tennessee’s Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC).

The role acts as a technical liaison between TDEC and the Central Procurement Office (CPO), overseeing sourcing strategy, contract awards, and procurement lifecycle oversight. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in procurement, contract management, solicitation development, and project management with strong stakeholder communication and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
5–10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related fields.
Experience with procurement policies, sourcing strategies and RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and assist divisions with solicitation specifications using internal and external sources.
Support procurement activities from sourcing strategy development through contract award.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with state policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Central Procurement Office (CPO) to execute procurements and support state evaluation.
Provide strategic procurement advice to agency staff throughout the lifecycle.
Manage timelines and priorities to keep procurement activities on track.
