Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year certificate in business administration or related field.
• Two years of experience in purchasing and using an automated purchasing system.
• Two years of customer service experience and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement project/documentation and schedules.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders; monitor department budgets.
• Lead elements of project management plans; provide technical and administrative support.
• Coordinate and lead procurement training for the PeopleSoft module.
• Support surplus vehicle and asset management processes.
