Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives for the procurement organization. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and communicate risks to leadership while ensuring alignment with project milestones.

The role emphasizes innovation, strategic thinking, and a collaborative environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in purchasing or similar roles are required, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in applicable fields required.
• 2+ years purchasing and/or material management experience and/or technical/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing tasks and/or projects; knowledge of stage gate or similar methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of global procurement and sourcing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and key value-drivers for each assigned project.
• Transmit understanding to cross-functional teams to define project priorities.
• Own and measure projects toward identified KPIs.
• Report progress and elevate risks to Procurement leadership and stakeholders.
• Represent Procurement in cross-functional meetings regarding projects/business areas.
• Coordinate information flow to deliver against project objectives.
• Track activities and hold owners accountable for on-time completion.
• Ensure early Procurement involvement in I2L projects.
