Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to bridge strategy and execution within the supply chain, coordinating supplier activities and performance across categories. The role focuses on maintaining supplier relationships, scorecards, risk monitoring, and contract management to deliver enterprise value.

The position requires strong communication, analytics, and procurement-domain expertise, with leading cross-functional programs, QBRs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 5 years in supplier performance management or procurement coordination.
• 5 years in supplier relationship or contract management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience building scorecards and managing SLAs/KPIs.
• Experience coordinating multi-site supplier programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile supplier scorecards for management review.
• Act as day-to-day contact with assigned suppliers.
• Monitor supplier risk across financial, ESG, and cybersecurity.
• Manage contract repository and track renewals.
• Lead QBRs and supplier development programs.
