  • Lead and support gate review processes, clearly communicating sourcing requirements, supplier decisions, supply chain risks, commercial considerations, supply agreements, and project timelines.
  • Identify performance gaps to goals and develop effective countermeasures in collaboration with stakeholders to close gaps and exceed target metrics.
  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with commodity strategies, procurement priorities, and business unit objectives.
  • Evaluate business requirements against supplier capabilities to select suppliers that best meet quality, delivery, cost, and capacity needs.
  • Apply strong commercial and procurement acumen to manage supplier relationships and enable effective sourcing decisions.
  • Partner with category managers to ensure supply agreements and sourcing strategies are in place to support new business and ongoing operational needs.
  • Standardize and deploy project management best practices and procurement standard work to improve execution, visibility, and repeatability across initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Will consider experience in lieu of a degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
