The Procurement Program Manager is a strategic thinker responsible for owning and executing critical procurement programs and cross-functional projects that drive productivity, support large-scale business initiatives, and deliver continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires strong end-to-end ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to lead complex projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment to procurement strategy and business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong project management capabilities and a bias for action. This role is accountable for leading the projects it owns, driving progress across cross-functional teams, removing barriers, managing risk, and ensuring results are delivered on time and with measurable business impact. In addition to program leadership, this position plays an active role in executing procurement responsibilities within each initiative, helping to optimize supply chain performance, support sourcing decisions, and align commodity strategies with business unit priorities.
