Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (sophomore+ at start).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Analytical, organizational, and written-communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve procurement processes and document workflows.
• Support program management with timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to show process performance.
• Explore automation with tools like Power Automate to reduce manual work.
• Create leadership-ready materials and communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Finance, and Operations to keep projects moving.
