Job Title: Procurement Solutions - Process Development Co-Op

The Role: Our site in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Procurement Solutions - Process Development Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full time, 6 months in duration.
Join Entegris' Procurement Solutions team - an operating group driving program management, compliance, and Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay (S2P/P2P) process excellence across global Direct and Indirect Procurement. As a Co-Op, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to process design, program governance, analytics, and automation while supporting high‑visibility initiatives alongside procurement leaders.
What You'll Do
- Map and improve procurement processes - document how our purchasing and payment workflows run today and help design simpler, more consistent ways of working.
- Support program management - help keep key projects on track by maintaining timelines, task trackers, and status updates for the team.
- Build reports and dashboards - use Excel and Power BI to turn data into clear visuals that show how our processes and programs are performing.
- Explore automation - assist with pilot projects that use tools like Power Automate and Copilot to reduce manual, repetitive work.
- Create leadership-ready materials - help prepare clear summaries and slides that communicate progress to senior leaders.
- Collaborate across teams - coordinate with colleagues in Procurement, Finance, and Operations to keep projects moving forward.
What We Seek
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Junior/senior standing preferred (minimum sophomore-level coursework completed by the co-op start).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or process-mapping tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and written-communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and work independently in a hybrid environment.

Eligibility
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
- Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a coop program
