Job summary

Otsuka is seeking an Associate Director of Procurement Policy and Process to lead the development and enhancement of procurement operations, policies and S2P processes in North America. The role collaborates with Sourcing, Legal, Finance and IT to drive compliant, efficient purchasing and reporting across the organization.

The position requires extensive knowledge of procurement policy, supplier relationships, contract governance and analytics, with a focus on continuous improvement and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant technical expertise.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Source to Pay processes and procurement technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and enforce procurement policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Embed regulatory risk and controls into purchasing and S2P processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline S2P end-to-end.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting for spend, performance and savings.
