Sandisk is hiring a PMO Manager to architect and lead a formal PMO within Procurement & Logistics. You will implement scalable governance, standardized execution, and portfolio visibility across procurement-led projects.

The role drives PMO maturity, program oversight, risk management, and value realization across global initiatives. Hybrid US-based, with travel to support transformations and supplier engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/procurement transformation or governance.
• Proven track record building and operating PMOs in global organizations.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio, and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Establish and design a centralized PMO structure for global procurement & logistics.
• Standardize governance tools: charters, business cases, dashboards, risk logs.
• Develop a PMO maturity roadmap emphasizing adoption and automation.
• Lead high-impact procurement programs from concept to delivery.
• Create tiered governance, steering forums, and executive portfolio reviews.
• Own portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and savings tracking.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Supplier Management, and IT.
• Drive PMO adoption through training, change management, and workshops.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for decision-making and value realization.
