Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or an Associate degree with equivalent experience.
• 1+ years’ procurement experience.
• Knowledge of ISO, FDA QSR, and cGMP; strong lot control/traceability.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Understanding of MRP/ERP, purchasing, planning, inventory management and production principles.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for components and services, including orders, on-time receiving, and G/IR reconciliation.
• Communicate PO requirements to suppliers and monitor schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with Global Planning, Operations, Engineering, Finance to optimize inventory and minimize shortages.
• Participate in supply chain initiatives and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate the return of materials to suppliers.
• Set and maintain ERP parameters (safety stock, lead time).
• Support QMS/EMS regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive communication with all stakeholders.
• Generate work orders and manage day-to-day build schedule.
• Manage production orders for shortages or inventory changes.
• Manage production orders in SAP (engineering order setup, old order cleanup).
