Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for incoming parts and procurement requests.
• Manage high-volume procurement communications daily.
• Create and maintain procurement requests and work orders.
• Capture equipment numbers, project data, quantities, priorities, and dates.
• Route requests to appropriate specialists by segment or type.
• Prioritize based on downtime, schedules, and urgency.
• Maintain status updates and communicate delivery dates.
• Escalate urgent or delayed requests as needed.
• Coordinate pickups, transfers, and deliveries with teams.
• Keep quotes, PO, invoices, and vendor records organized.
• Ensure accurate closeout documentation for completed requests.
• Distribute procurement status reports to leadership.
• Support during high purchasing volume periods.
