Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for incoming procurement requests from field personnel and operations.
• Manage a high volume of procurement-related communications daily.
• Create and maintain procurement requests and work orders in tracking systems.
• Capture details: equipment numbers, project info, quantities, priorities, delivery locations.
• Prioritize requests based on downtime, schedules, and urgency.
• Provide status updates and notify stakeholders of delivery dates and delays.
• Escalate urgent or stalled requests to leadership when needed.
• Coordinate pickups, transfers, and deliveries with warehouse and drivers.
• Maintain organized vendor records and procurement documentation.
• Prepare procurement status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
