Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a VAS Packaging & Procurement Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for packaging and procurement. The role focuses on data entry, supplier communication, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.

It supports cost management and cross-functional collaboration across operations, warehousing, logistics, and finance. The position requires 1–3 years in procurement or related fields, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ERP/warehouse

Qualifications

• Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Packaging, Purchasing, Data Entry or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience).
• Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in procurement, data entry sourcing, packaging, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, logistics coordination, and enterprise procurement systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and help enter purchase orders and track deliveries strategies for warehouse supplies, VAS materials.
• Support discrepancy resolutions, and internal department support.
• Assist the Procurement Manager by monitoring purchase orders, invoices, and pricing to confirm vendor billing accuracy and flag variances or cost discrepancies for review and resolution.
• Maintain and update pricing and cost trackers, gathering supplier quotes and data to support the Procurement Manager in identifying cost-saving opportunities and budget impacts.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging materials.
• Support procurement manager in vendor pricing and terms discussions by preparing cost comparisons, gathering historical data, and participating in negotiations.
