Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a General Position Summary Co-Pack/VAS Lead to monitor tasks and assist in Co-pack/VAS operations with limited supervision. The role requires basic inventory control and strong team leadership within a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse experience; co-pack, labeling, QA, IC; safety experience.
• Ability to lead a team with minimal direction.
• Must be articulate; able to work in indoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees; manage timekeeping and temp roster.
• Restack, repack, and label boxes per production and customer requirements.
• Assemble and build end-cap displays with accuracy.
• Operate on a fast-paced production line while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Identify and report packaging defects, labeling errors, or jams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• Communicate with supervisors to keep workflow smooth.
• Meet daily attendance, punctuality, and productivity targets.
