Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a General Position Summary Co-Pack/VAS Lead. You will supervise warehouse tasks and assist in Co-pack/VAS operations with limited supervision, performing basic inventory control.

The role requires 2 years warehouse experience, GED/HS diploma, and the ability to lead a team with minimal direction. We offer hourly pay and an Employee Ownership Program along with various bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse experience.
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
• Warehouse safety experience.
• Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
• Computer experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse employees, manage timekeeping and rosters.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain clean warehouse.
• Restack, repack, and label boxes per production/customer requirements.
• Assemble end-cap displays with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate on a fast-paced production line maintaining quality.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Identify and report packaging defects or jams.
• Maintain a organized, well-stocked work area.
• Adapt to changing tasks and production priorities.
• Communicate with supervisors to keep workflow running.
• Meet daily attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations.
