Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procure-to-pay or shared services.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience designing and executing P2P transformations at global scale.
• Deep functional expertise in procurement operations and accounts payable.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise P2P platforms and ERPs.
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global P2P strategy and operating model across geographies.
• Own the P2P transformation roadmap including automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Establish governance, controls, and compliance for the P2P function.
• Lead end-to-end P2P automation from intake to payment and supplier payout.
• Partner with Finance Tech/IT to evaluate ERP modules and automation platforms.
• Drive real-time spend visibility and financial controls across third‑party spend.
• Build a global P2P playbook with SOPs, processes, and training materials.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global P2P team across regions.
