Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Director of Procure to Pay to own and transform the global P2P engine. You will lead procurement operations, accounts payable, and risk controls while driving automation and real-time spend visibility.

You will oversee AI-driven workflow orchestration, system modernization, and governance. This leadership role requires deep P2P expertise and the ability to scale processes across geographies, ensuring audit readiness and financial rigor.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in procure-to-pay, procurement operations, or shared services, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global P2P strategy, establishing a scalable operating model across procurement operations and accounts payable.
• Build and own the P2P transformation roadmap with automation, AI-driven workflow orchestration, and systems modernization.
• Lead end-to-end P2P automation from intake to payment and drive touchless PO rates.
• Champion AI-driven workflow orchestration including intelligent routing and automated approvals.
• Build real-time spend visibility and robust financial controls across P2P lifecycle.
• Standardize P2P processes globally and drive change management across time zones.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global P2P team and cross-functional partnerships.
