Job summary

Staffmark Group in Little Rock, AR seeks an Operations & Procurement Manager to coordinate purchasing, project logistics, inventory, and billing for an audio/visual team. You will act as the main link between clients, vendors, management, and internal departments to ensure timely updates and smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and capable of juggling multiple priorities, from equipment procurement to pricing, invoicing, and client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
• Ability to interpret contracts, pricing documents, purchase orders, and billing records.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, and purchase order creation.
• Track equipment orders, inventory levels, shipments, deliveries, and project material requirements.
• Coordinate project schedules, technician assignments, and communication between clients, vendors, engineering, accounting, and management teams.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, billing documentation, AIA billing packages, project submittals, and closeout documents.
• Review vendor invoices, maintain financial records, track project profitability, and assist with collections activities.
• Support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, tracking equipment, and coordinating equipment returns.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, procurement status, and operational communications.
