Job summary

Vego Garden is seeking a detail-driven Senior Procurement Operations Specialist to ensure master data integrity, accurate procurement transactions, and precise product costing across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with Procurement, Product Management, Finance, and Warehouse to drive data accuracy and operational clarity.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement operations, strong ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and advanced Excel skills; Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years procurement operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills; Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of product master data within the ERP system.
• Create and manage Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain supplier purchasing information including pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and purchasing parameters.
• Support Finance with cost reconciliation, inventory valuation, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards using ERP systems, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and operational workflows.
